Facility:
This nationally recognized 345-bed tertiary hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center featuring two 12-bed Surgical ICUs (SICU & CTICU). The facility fosters a highly collaborative environment with a dedicated team of APPs, Intensivists, and Residents, serving a diverse patient population including Cardiothoracic, Trauma, Transplant, and Neurosurgery cases.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practitioner / Advance Practice Provider / Physician Assistant – Surgical Critical Care

Job Details:

• Provide direct care for critically ill surgical patients in a top-of-license practice environment
• Manage ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors, and inotropes
• Perform procedures including invasive lines and chest tubes based on ability
• Rotate between SICU and CTICU as needed
• Work within a great team environment in a patient-focused critical care setting
• APP-friendly institution with personalized critical care training opportunities
• Paid CME and licensing provided
• Utilize Epic Medical Record system
• Active Massachusetts PA license required
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Preferred: 2+ years of Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or CT Surgery experience
• Critical Care Fellowship preferred
• Influenza vaccination required as a condition of employment
