The facility operates Monday through Friday and is committed to delivering compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Opportunity:
Medical Assistant – Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

• Temporary 3-month assignment working Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Provide medical assistant support within an outpatient clinic setting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of a course of study consistent with Medical Assistant requirements as specified by the Medical Board of California
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification awarded by the American Heart Association required
• Completion of externship required by a Medical Assisting Program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a medical assistant required
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical information and terminology
• Ability to effectively present information both verbally and in written form

Compensation:
Temporary employment is available based on an hourly rate determined by the employee's experience level on a 0-14 year scale. Please contact us for more information.
