The clinic is supported by a dedicated care team including an RN, Medical Assistant, on-site Phlebotomist, and Physical Therapy services, ensuring providers have comprehensive support for delivering high-quality patient care.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:

• Provide 32 hours of patient-facing care in a family practice clinic setting
• Manage 16 patient encounters per shift
• Work 1:1 with a Medical Assistant who will assist in caring for the panel and patients scheduled daily
• Collaborate with an on-site RN who performs medication refills per protocol, patient message triage, and supportive patient care
• Access to on-site Phlebotomist for EKGs and lab services
• Access to on-site Physical Therapy services
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Locum Tenens engagement, ASAP start with ongoing need

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
