- Join a well-established, innovative, and supportive multi-disciplinary Geriatrics and Palliative Care team
- Flexible role focused primarily on inpatient geriatric medicine with an ideally integrated palliative care component
- Full-time position with weekday-only schedule
- Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
- Work alongside a team of 20+ Geriatric providers caring for a valued geriatric patient population
- Access to robust senior resources supporting personalized and coordinated care delivery
- Efficient operations supported by an engaged and experienced support team
