Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient cardiology advanced practice care working independently alongside an Interventional Cardiologist
• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Manage 10-15+ patients per day based on volume
• Responsibilities include managing new patients, follow-up visits, rounding, documentation, discharge planning, and coordination of care
• 100% inpatient setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Beeper/phone call coverage required with a call ratio of 1:3 to 1:4
• Must be willing to work independently in a de novo inpatient site
• Documentation via EPIC EMR
• Active Virginia state license required
• Board Certification required – Advanced Practice NP
• Active ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues – no exceptions

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
