This facility is a community-based hospital serving the greater Medford area, providing essential healthcare services to residents across central Wisconsin. The facility offers a supportive work environment with a well-established outpatient oncology program and strong connections to a larger tertiary care network for complex inpatient needs.

Opportunity:
Physician – Internal Medicine – Hematology and Oncology

Job Details:

• Outpatient clinic setting only — no inpatient work, no call required
• On-site 2 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM including a lunch period; specific days to be determined
• Average of 15-16 patient encounters per day consisting of new consults and follow-up visits
• Oversight of patient treatment plans within the outpatient clinic setting
• All inpatient cases are referred to the tertiary care center in Wausau
• No procedures required
• No APC supervision required
• Board certification required (Certified)
• BLS certification required
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC required to bid
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Start date: November 9, 2026, ongoing
• Nearest airports: CWA or Eau Claire
• Lodging recommendations available locally

Compensation:
