The facility serves a full-spectrum patient population in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting with strong administrative support and a collaborative team environment.
Opportunity:
Board Certified – Family Medicine
Job Details:
- Full-time locum coverage needed starting in September on an ongoing basis while recruiting for a permanent provider
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am – 5:00pm with no late clinic, no call, and no after-hours charting
- 100% outpatient setting with an average of 8-14 patients per day
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across a full-spectrum patient population
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive care initiatives
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- EMR/Documentation: Elation
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
- Active New Mexico state license required
- BLS and DEA certification required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
- Clean background with no malpractice or license issues required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
- Travel reimbursement provided for flight, lodging, and car rental
