Job Details:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to Internal Medicine patients
- Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers
- Manage a broad range of acute and complex medical conditions
- Participate in rapid response and hospital-wide clinical initiatives as needed
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility required
- Strong clinical and communication skills required
