This well-established cardiology group provides comprehensive cardiac care services to the greater Everett community. The facility operates as a Level 2 trauma center with a strong support structure for locum providers, offering a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality inpatient cardiology care.

Opportunity:
Physician – Internal Medicine – Cardiology

Job Details:

  • Urgent coverage needed for September 7-13, with provider being added to ongoing locums pool for consistent coverage needs
  • Inpatient onsite days scheduled 7am-5:30pm with night pager call 5pm-7am on select nights
  • Provider must be able to work both inpatient shifts AND night call
  • Priority given to providers who can cover multiple weeks for continuity of care
  • 15-18 patient encounters per shift
  • Overtime applies after 10 hours per day
  • Must have a clean file to successfully complete temporary privileges process
  • Board certification required (Certified level minimum)
  • Must be licensed in Washington State or hold an IMLC license
  • Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
  • Required skills include inpatient cardiology and ICU management
  • Non-invasive cardiology skills required, including Echocardiography, TEE (Transesophageal Echo), and Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.)
  • Provider must respond promptly to site outreach via provided email address
  • Long-term housing available with pre-approval; budget up to $3,000 per month
