Job Details:
- Join a well-established general orthopedic practice where subspecialty training is highly valued
- Collaborative team environment with 5 well-established orthopedic surgeons and dedicated PA/NP support
- Opportunity to buy into a local Outpatient Surgery Center
- Be part of the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center
- Engage in aggressive outreach and expansion initiatives
- Step into a busy practice ensuring rapid growth of your patient base
- Flexible schedule with 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week or 8 hours per day, with flexibility to distribute over 5 days if preferred
- Hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule
- Work schedule Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Anticipated weekly inpatient volume of 10 consultations
- Anticipated weekly outpatient volume of 75 office patients
- Accepting MD or DO candidates who are Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
