The facility offers a supportive clinical environment with no call requirements and a full-time schedule, providing an excellent opportunity for a pediatric physician to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

Opportunity:
Physician – Pediatrics

Job Details:

• Full-time outpatient clinic coverage at a pediatric location in the High Desert area
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month
• Average of 25 patient encounters per day, with fluctuation expected due to high no-show rate
• Clinic-only coverage with no call requirements
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applicable after 9 hours per day
• No hospital privileges required; provider can begin once system access is established
• Active California medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency required
• DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC or general EMR experience required
• Must be available to commit to 4 weeks per month
• Opportunity for locum-to-permanent transition for the right candidate
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 1 day once access is configured

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
