The facility is home to a growing multidisciplinary men's health program featuring specialists across urology, cardiology, endocrinology, bariatric medicine, and mental health, all working together in a brand new, state-of-the-art location.

Advanced Practitioners – Other Specialties
Job Details:
- Work in an ambulatory setting providing evaluation and care for urology patients as part of a multidisciplinary men's health program
- Opportunity to gain additional experience in cardiology, endocrinology, or bariatric medicine for those with interest in these specialties
- Initiate patient care meetings with the healthcare team to revise plans of care as patient conditions warrant
- Participate in total quality management to positively affect patient and system outcomes
- Potential coverage of nearby practice locations
- Monday through Friday schedule with no call requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's program (preferred)
- Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant or APRN in the state of Connecticut
- Certification or eligibility for certification as a Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an APRN required
- Experience in men's health, urology, or men's sexual dysfunction preferred
- Newly graduated and experienced practitioners provided with on-the-job, classroom, and procedural training and mentorship
- Utilizes EPIC EMR in a well-run, efficient clinical and administrative environment
