The oncology clinic is directly attached to a chemo treatment center and hospital, offering providers a fully integrated care environment with strong administrative support.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
- Outpatient clinic setting with no call required
- Shift times: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM with one hour unpaid lunch
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applicable after 9 hours (preapproval required)
- Full-time need with a minimum of 2-4 weeks per month required per provider
- 12-14 patient encounters per shift
- Active California medical license required; licensed in CA only
- DEA required
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible required
- BLS certification required
- Providers must supply two years of current inpatient case logs in the specialty to qualify for hospital privileges
- All gaps greater than 3 months in clinical activity must be explained
- Clean file preferred; providers with settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions are not eligible for temporary privileges
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days
- Long-term housing available with a maximum approval of $3,500 per month
- Start date: September 1, 2026 – Ongoing
