This is a high-volume, high-acuity surgical facility featuring 28 operating rooms and serving as a top-tier trauma center in the region. The facility operates a robust locums program with strong provider support and is part of a larger health system that includes a satellite facility located approximately 15 minutes away.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice – Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
- Full-time locum tenens coverage needed with a minimum of 3 shifts per week through May 2027
- Providers will be scheduled for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts dependent on scheduled surgical procedures
- Must be available full time on an ongoing basis; no week on/week off or piecemeal schedules
- High-volume, high-acuity, and fast-paced surgical environment with busy procedure days
- Top-tier trauma experience is required to be considered as a candidate
- Providers may be required to work at a satellite facility for some shifts, located 15 minutes away
- Overtime applies after 40 hours worked per week; guaranteed hours are not offered
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60-90 days; providers will start as soon as credentialed
- Board certification required; DEA required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- General anesthesia required for adult and pediatric patients
- Spinal anesthesia experience required
- Head and spine neurosurgical case experience required
- Long-term housing assistance available at approximately $3,600 per month
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
