Opportunity:
Clinic Care Technician

Job Details:

  • Provide assistance with daily patient flow in a clinic setting
  • Greet and room patients, support virtual visits, and complete identification verification
  • Obtain and document vital signs including height and weight in the electronic medical record
  • Administer questionnaires and document findings in the electronic medical record
  • Chaperone exams as needed and perform limited patient care tasks based on training
  • Support patient scheduling and work queue needs as assigned
  • Follow up on no-shows and work with providers to review and approve add-ons
  • Process incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes; print and update forms and answer internal phone calls
  • Stock and clean exam rooms and maintain clinic supplies
  • Assist with clerical duties and all other duties as assigned
  • May float to support other areas as assigned
  • CNA experience preferred along with customer service skills and healthcare or patient care experience
  • Experience using electronic medical records and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
