Opportunity:
Clinic Care Technician
Job Details:
- Provide assistance with daily patient flow in a clinic setting
- Greet and room patients, support virtual visits, and complete identification verification
- Obtain and document vital signs including height and weight in the electronic medical record
- Administer questionnaires and document findings in the electronic medical record
- Chaperone exams as needed and perform limited patient care tasks based on training
- Support patient scheduling and work queue needs as assigned
- Follow up on no-shows and work with providers to review and approve add-ons
- Process incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes; print and update forms and answer internal phone calls
- Stock and clean exam rooms and maintain clinic supplies
- Assist with clerical duties and all other duties as assigned
- May float to support other areas as assigned
- CNA experience preferred along with customer service skills and healthcare or patient care experience
- Experience using electronic medical records and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
