Facility:
This regional medical center is a well-established healthcare system serving two facility locations in southern New Jersey, providing comprehensive surgical and gynecological care to the community. The facility operates at a Trauma Level 3 designation and utilizes a modern Cerner/Oracle EMR system to support its inpatient surgical services.

Opportunity:
AANP – Nurse Practitioner – Surgery – Gynecology

Job Details:

• Locum Advanced Practice Provider (NP with RNFA or PA) needed for Gynecology Surgery First Assist coverage across two facility locations in Pomona, NJ and Atlantic City, NJ
• 6-month coverage assignment due to vacancy
• Inpatient OR setting with a Monday through Friday day shift schedule
• Average of 2-6 robotic gynecological surgeries per day
• APP will not be working autonomously; supervising surgeon will be present during all cases
• Documentation completed using Cerner/Oracle EMR system
• Patient population is adult age demographic
• First Assist Certification with Robot required
• Active New Jersey State License required; must hold current license and cannot be pending licensure
• Board Certified NP required
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN Certifications (AHA) required
• NPDB Self-Query report required at time of presentation, pulled within 30 days
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 2-3 months
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
