This 57-bed behavioral health hospital is part of the largest and most comprehensive behavioral health system in New England, providing inpatient care for over 650 children and adolescents and 1,300 adults with mental illness or substance abuse issues each year. The facility emphasizes a trauma and recovery-oriented care model, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team with a collegial, work-family atmosphere.

Job Details:

• Inpatient Adult Moonlighting / Per Diem opportunities available for BC/BE Psychiatrists or PGY3/PGY4 Psychiatry Residents
• Provide rotational coverage to ensure continuity of psychiatric coverage and consultation services during daytime hours, nights, weekends, vacations, and holidays
• Available shifts include weeknights, weekends (either a 24-hour shift or entire weekend), or weekend daytime rounding
• Coverage assignments may include rotational responsibilities across multiple affiliated locations
• Strong multidisciplinary approach with interdisciplinary advanced practitioners, researchers, and social workers
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry required
• Active Connecticut medical license required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
