This is a 213-bed acute care community hospital featuring a 43-bed emergency department with over 55,000 visits annually and a Level 3 trauma center. The facility is part of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Connecticut, offering a stable and well-tenured emergency department with efficient and responsive hospital administration.

Opportunity:
Physician – Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide emergency medicine services at a Level 3 trauma center with 55,000+ annual visits
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required
• Must be able to obtain Connecticut medical licensure
• Well-balanced 10-hour shifts with a 2-hour overlap between physicians for safe patient disposition, documentation, and turnover
• Highly efficient practice model allowing physicians to spend more time with higher acuity patients
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR system utilized for documentation
• Opportunities for career growth within a highly integrated healthcare network
