Physician – Primary Care
Job Details:
- 100% outpatient Primary Care Physician role focused on adult medicine (patients 18+)
- Full-time, weekday schedule with the option to ask about a 4-day work week
- Minimal call requirements averaging approximately 2 phone-call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
- Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
- Supportive, team-based environment with coordinated care model
- Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Utilizes EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
- Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
- Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
- Continuous development opportunities through dedicated education and innovation centers, Provider Leadership Development Institute, and on-demand CME learning platform
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
