Opportunity:
Board Certified – Neonatology
Job Details:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams within a Level III NICU setting
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
- Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
- Participate in mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care
- Must be NNP Board Certified – FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications are not accepted
- Providers with 2+ years of NNP experience are highly preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Michigan state license
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
