Opportunity:
Board Certified – Neonatology

Job Details:

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams within a Level III NICU setting
  • Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
  • Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
  • Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
  • Participate in mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care
  • Must be NNP Board Certified – FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications are not accepted
  • Providers with 2+ years of NNP experience are highly preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a Michigan state license
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
