*Bring Your Behavioral Health Experience – An excellent fit for an LPN with experience in psychiatry, substance use, corrections or homeless services.
*More Than Medication Administration – Perform health assessments, monitor chronic conditions, provide wound care/first aid and respond to medical and behavioral-health needs.
*Be a Bridge to Better Care – Coordinate with hospitals, clinics and behavioral-health providers and occasionally accompany clients to medical appointments, typically 1–2 times per week.
*Practice Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Nursing – Build trust with a vulnerable population while helping residents understand and manage their health needs in a supportive residential setting.
