Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Hospitalist
Job Details:
- NP/PA Nocturnist opportunity seeking an ACNP or AGACNP trained Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established hospitalist team
- At least one year of inpatient experience as a NP or PA is preferred; new graduates will be considered
- Employment with hospital privileges at a 974-bed Level I trauma center
- Join an established team of 4 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
- 7 on/7 off schedule, 7p-7a shift hours
- Clinical responsibilities include admissions, rounding, cross coverage, ICU transfers, and coordination of patient and family care needs
- Ability to work independently with limited daily physician supervision
- BLS and ACLS certification by the American Heart Association is required
