This occupational health network operates multiple clinic locations throughout central Wisconsin, providing comprehensive occupational medicine services to the surrounding communities. The facilities are well-established and support a collaborative work environment with consistent scheduling and strong provider resources.

Advanced Practice – Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Medicine – Physician Assistant – Occupational Medicine

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens coverage needed starting November 2, 2026 through at least the end of March 2027
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at Plover location (8:00am – 4:30pm) and Tuesday at Portage location (8:00am – 4:30pm)
• Approximately 16 patient encounters per shift
• DOT Certification required at time of bid
• Must have ability to perform DOT certification exams
• FMCSA digital upload experience required
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• No state license requirement to bid

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
