Board Certified – Internal Medicine, Family Medicine
Job Details:
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine and family medicine services with 18 patient encounters per shift
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Mix of pediatric and adult patient population
- Chart closure required within 72 hours
- Active California medical license required
- Board certification required; DO candidates accepted
- Board Eligible candidates will be considered if within 5 years or less since residency completion
- Active DEA required prior to start date
- BLS certification required
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 45-90 days
- Providers must be ORP (order, referring, and prescribing) enrolled in MediCal or willing to enroll during credentialing
- CV must include month and date on all work experience with all gaps in employment accounted for
- Required immunizations prior to start date: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
