Physician – Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
- Urgent need for call coverage across multiple date ranges from August through December
- Needing 7-10 days of coverage per month on an ongoing basis
- Will consider laborist/call coverage role only with no clinic or outpatient commitment required
- Patient encounters include up to 12 clinic patients and 1-2 hospital patients per shift
- Volume of approximately 319 deliveries in 2025
- Board certification required with BLS certification required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
- Low risk pregnancy management required
- FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE required
- Routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps required
- Decision-making for c-sections required
- Complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs required
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required
- Office and minor gynecology including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP required
- Surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic procedures required
- Operative and major gynecological procedures including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's required
- No Michigan license requirement to bid
