Job Details:

  • Join a well-established team of 20+ Geriatric providers delivering comprehensive, team-based care to a valued geriatric patient population in Northwestern Connecticut
  • Approximately 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient services, with flexibility based on physician interests
  • Full-time position with weekdays only schedule; part-time and flexible schedule options also available
  • Standard 40-hour work week with infrequent phone call to support work/life balance
  • Optional teaching role available with faculty appointment
  • Access to a robust complement of senior resources for personalized, coordinated patient care
  • Efficient operations supported by an excellent and engaged support team
  • Professional development opportunities in leadership, research, and/or academic teaching
  • Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities available in hospital or urgent care settings
  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics required
