This behavioral health facility is part of a well-established healthcare network providing comprehensive psychiatric services to the community. The facility features a 15-bed inpatient adult unit along with an outpatient clinic serving school-aged patients and older, supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychology and psychotherapy services.

Job Details:
- Full-time locum tenens coverage with consideration for locum-to-permanent hire
- Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month required, with both weeks including call coverage
- Primary schedule is Monday through Friday clinic hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), 8-hour clinical day plus lunch break
- Night call coverage required (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM) for both inpatient and outpatient units with no rounding requirement
- Weekend call coverage (Friday 4:00 PM – Sunday 4:00 PM) for inpatient and outpatient units, including rounding responsibilities
- All new admissions require rounding within 24 hours
- Weekend call coverage needed 1-2 weekends every 6 weeks
- Maximum of 18 patient encounters per day
- Inpatient unit serves adult patients; outpatient clinic sees patients from school age and up
- Must be comfortable seeing both children and adult patients
- TMS and ECT services available at the facility
- Acute psychiatric inpatient unit and office/clinic outpatient settings
- Board certification required with BLS certification required
- Active Minnesota medical license required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
- Nearest airport is Duluth; lodging available at the Sheraton
