This is a top-tier health system in northern Michigan that provides comprehensive primary care services to the surrounding community. The facility offers a well-supported work environment with dedicated support staff, including a Medical Assistant and Patient Access Representative assigned to each provider, and utilizes Cerner as its current Electronic Health Records system.

Job Details:

• Provide primary care coverage at two locations in Petoskey and Rogers City, MI
• Shift coverage: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Expected patient volume of 20 patients per day
• Support staff includes one Medical Assistant and one Patient Access Representative per provider
• Current EHR system: Cerner
• Must be experienced and comfortable treating patients ranging from Newborn to Geriatric
• Required skills and procedures include Adult Outpatient care, Pediatric General Outpatient care, Gynecology Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear, and EKG Interpretation
• Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Must hold an active Michigan medical license at the time of name clear
• Must have prior experience in Family Medicine
• Must be local to Michigan
• Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation (must be pulled within the month)
• No on-call or weekend requirements

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
