Job Details:

• Locum Tenens assignment scheduled 3 times per month, Monday to Monday
• Provider must have 50 case logs within the past 24 months – this is a critical requirement
• Provider must work the full stretch of open dates; partial dates will not be considered
• Clinic/hospital schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call coverage required Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Call response time required within 15-20 minutes
• Call covers both assigned and unassigned patients with an average of 0-3 patients seen while on call
• Serves patients 18 years and older in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Rounding required for both assigned and unassigned patients
• Admissions required
• EMR systems utilized: Athena and Cerner
• Active California state license required; IMLC/compact license not accepted
• Board certification and fellowship required
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe is 120-180 days; temporary privileges are granted
• Corporate rate available for travel and lodging

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
