Physician – Cardiology – Non-Invasive
Job Details:
- Primarily outpatient, non-invasive cardiology locums role with no call obligations
- Coverage beginning October 2026, with schedule of 3-5 days per week
- Average of 16 clinic patients per day with no inpatient admissions required
- Focused on high-quality diagnostic cardiology services and continuity of care
- Required procedures include Echocardiography and Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Collaborate with 2 APRNs in a team-based clinical environment
- Adult patient population
- Documentation via Cerner EMR
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology required
- If Board Eligible, date of graduation must be provided
- Active Vermont medical license required, or willingness to obtain
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required at time of presentation – no exceptions
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
- CPR for Healthcare Providers required prior to start – no exceptions
- DEA required prior to start – no exceptions
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 2 months
- Travel reimbursement available including flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage billed at IRS standard rate
