This facility is a high-acuity, nationally respected pediatric hospital featuring a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60 patients. The facility offers a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem including a PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER, supported by a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists including cardiovascular surgery, making it an exceptional environment for advanced neonatal care and professional growth.

Opportunity:
Board Certified – Neonatology

Job Details:

  • Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs/PAs)
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60
  • Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants
  • Utilize advanced technologies including neonatal ECMO, jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), and whole-body cooling for HIE
  • Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
  • Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery
  • Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem including PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER
  • Participate in on-call coverage including NICU resuscitation and transport as scheduled
  • Weekend participation required as part of 24/7 rotating schedule
  • Board Certification in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) required
  • Active Nevada license or willingness to obtain required
  • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
  • Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at time of presentation
  • Visa sponsorship (J1 or H1B) is not available for this position
