This opportunity is part of a well-established neonatal care network operating across multiple hospital locations in the Las Vegas suburbs. The organization supports a high-volume neonatal program managing approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually, with Level-III NICUs ranging from 28 to 52 beds and equipped with advanced technology to support the most complex neonatal cases.

Opportunity:
Board Certified – Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:

  • Deliver hands-on, high-acuity neonatal care across four Level-III NICUs in the Las Vegas suburbs
  • Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually
  • Provide advanced neonatal interventions including high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator), inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
  • Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care
  • Collaborate with 16 neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Rotate through multiple sites and shifts, contributing to 24/7 neonatal care coverage
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
  • Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate and communicative manner
  • Rotating weekends shared among the team of neonatologists and NNPs
  • Active Nevada license required or willingness to obtain
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine required
  • Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
  • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
  • Not accepting locum or visa candidates
