Description

*Two LPNs Needed for a highly respected organization.
*Desired Schedule #1: Wed-Sunday 8:am-5:30
*Desired Schedule #2: Wednesday-Saturday 10am-7:30pm
*Full-time is 37.5 hour workweek
*Be an intricate part of the team providing care to families.
*Work alongside other clinicians in the field to contact, and build rapport with clients residing in this area.
*Be positioned at one site.
*Help navigate medically fragile clients’ needs and connect them to the right care.
